Orders from EU are shipped from our European warehouse
Orders from elsewhere are shipped from Asia
We are committed to meet the indicated delivery dates, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If nobody is available to accept the package come delivery date, it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time, in most cases. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Customers from The U.S., any EU member state, Iceland, Norway or Liechtenstein can order their watches without additional import taxes or duties.
As for customers outside of The U.S, EU or EEA countries, the customer will have to pay their local authority any due taxes or duties. In many cases, our products are valued below tariff thresholds so no charges will be payable. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
