How long does the battery last?

On average, it will last 2 to 4 years. Variance will depend on factors such as climate and use.

Is the watch water-resistant?

Our watches will perfectly stand usage under everyday water-related situations, such as under the rain or when washing your hands. They can stand water-submersion if it isn’t for too long, like a quick swim on the pool, but not an afternoon under the lake.
Our 1970s Divers is designed for heavy water usage, being able to stand pressures of up to 200m underwater, and any long stretches of time just a little above such depth.

Does the watch come with a warranty?

All customers, regardless of country of residence, will be covered for a full year of warranty after purchase date.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Is it possible to track my orders?

When you order a watch from us, we’ll send you an e-mail with your order details, including a tracking number. You can use that tracking number at our Shipping Info page and you will be able to track your order worldwide.

From where do we ship?

Orders from The U.S. are shipped from The U.S. 

Orders from EU are shipped from our European warehouse.

Orders from elsewhere are shipped from Asia.

When will my order ship?

Shipping starts within two business days after ordering. For information on how long we estimate for you order to get to you, we have this table.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Customers from The U.S., any EU member state, Iceland, Norway or Liechtenstein can order their watches without additional import taxes or duties.

As for customers outside of The U.S, EU or EEA countries, the customer will have to pay their local authority any due taxes or duties. In many cases, our products are valued below tariff thresholds so no charges will be payable. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties

Can I choose a specific serial number?

We realize that some customers desire a specific watch production number, but in order to keep costs low and logistics manageable we don’t currently provide this service. Know that your watch is a limited production timepiece, and the production number is printed on the case.

Return & Repair

What is the return policy?

If your watch came with a factory defect, you can contact us at [email protected] for a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

In case you received the wrong order, contact us at [email protected] within 15 days after you got the delivery and we’ll exchange it for the right watch free of charge.

Can I return if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a full refund, no questions asked policy, on all unworn products within 7 days of delivery. The watch needs to be unworn, we do not accept slightly worn watches for refunds, so that you are able to try it on.

After receiving the watch, we'll check if it has any risk or marks on case, glass and strap. And if it is in perfect condition, we'll refund you the total amount. But if there is any sign of usage, unfortunately we can't accept and we will send it back to you.

Can I get my watch repaired? Where?

If your watch came with a factory defect, you can send it back to us and we’ll repair it for you, free of cost. Contact us at [email protected] to sort it out.

Damages caused by the user are not our responsibility. You can take it for a repair with a third party at your own risk.
